Our process
Designed and assembled to order
Each gift is prepared after the order is received. The bottle you indicated is reserved first, the gift is arranged around it, and it is packed for the carrier. Orders received by 2 p.m. Eastern are dispatched the same business day.

The bottle and its accompaniments are chosen for the recipient and the direction you indicated.
Inspected before dispatch
A second member of the team inspects each gift before it is sealed.
Substitutions
If a seasonal item is unavailable, an equivalent of the same value is used.

Questions and answers
Which spirits may be selected?
Single malts, bourbon, rye, Irish whiskey, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, cognac and liqueurs. Indicate the category and the amount; we select the bottle. A second may be included.
May accompaniments be added?
Yes: savoury items, chocolate, fruit, baked goods, wine, champagne or beer, each priced individually.
What does the amount cover?
The bottle and its presentation. Accompaniments are priced separately; the total is the amount plus accompaniments, before tax and shipping.
May a message be enclosed?
Yes. Choose a card and compose the message, or allow the assistant to suggest one; it is printed and enclosed.
Who may accept delivery?
Alcohol is delivered to recipients aged 21 or over; photo ID may be requested at delivery. Liquor gifts are delivered across the Eastern United States.
May one gift be sent to several recipients?
Yes. Prepare it once, select corporate gifting and provide the list; one invoice covers every recipient.
