Timing

Send it when they're home and settled rather than the day itself. Anything in the first few weeks is right; a late arrival is a happy surprise.

Who receives it

Hospital or home

A hospital delivery needs the ward and the room, and a look at the hospital's policy on flowers and food. A home delivery needs the family's name on the door.

Availability and substitutions

Baskets are made one at a time, from what's in stock. A substitute, when needed, is chosen to preserve the direction, the intended use and the value.

Delivery Information

Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET are prepared the same business day. Shipped by carrier; delivery time depends on the region.
Select a delivery date from those shown in the builder's calendar.
Enter the complete delivery address and a reachable phone number for the recipient.
Deliveries to a hospital depend on ward access, hospital procedures and the recipient still being admitted.
Let us know quickly if the recipient has left the hospital, so we can redirect the delivery.
Add apartment numbers, concierge details, buzzer codes and any access instructions.
Delivery confirmation is available where the delivery method provides it.

Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements

A bottle of wine or champagne is included only if you choose it and where it can be delivered. The recipient must be of legal drinking age; ID may be checked at the door.
