Substitution Policy

In certain cases, the photo provided may depict an overall appearance that cannot be precisely replicated. While the actual gift basket may not perfectly match the photo, its essence will be maintained. Occasionally, substitutions of items or containers may occur due to availability of certain items, especially during special occasions. If such substitutions are necessary for the basket you have selected, rest assured that the company will ensure the theme and items are substituted with similar ones of equal or higher value.

How does Design Your Gift work?

Answer a few questions about who the gift is for, the occasion and your budget, pick a basket and the items to go in it, write a free greeting card and choose delivery. We assemble the basket by hand and deliver it to the recipient.

How much does a custom gift basket cost?

You set the budget. Choose $50, $75, $100, $150, $200 or enter your own amount, and the builder keeps a running total of the basket and items. The greeting card is free.

Can I include wine, spirits or beer?

Yes. Wine, spirits and other drinks can be added where delivery to the recipient's address allows it. An adult aged 21 or older must be present to receive alcohol.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary needs?

Yes. Tell us about allergies in the first step and choose kosher, halal, vegan, gluten-free or healthy, and the builder only shows items that suit.

When will my gift basket arrive?

What if an item I chose is out of stock?

Occasionally an item or container is substituted, especially around holidays. We always replace it with something similar in theme and of equal or higher value.
